Security Deposit (New Clients)
To address the recent increase in missed appointments, we now require new clients booking color or chemical services to provide a 50% security deposit at the time of scheduling. This deposit will be applied to your total bill after the service is completed. The deposit is refundable if you cancel at least 48 hours before your appointment. Cancellations made within 48 hours or no-shows will result in the deposit being forfeited to the stylist.
Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask that you notify us of any changes or cancellations at least 48 hours before your appointment. Last-minute cancellations can be disruptive and costly for both our salon and stylists.
Cell Phones
To ensure a relaxing environment, please silence your cell phone upon arrival. Absolutely no conversations on speaker phones are allowed, and cell phone use is not permitted in the shampooing area.
Arriving Late
We understand that schedules can be tight. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to adjust your service or reschedule, depending on our availability.
Redo Policy for Hair Services
If you are not completely satisfied with your hair service, please contact us within 7 days. You can choose to see the same stylist or a different one, depending on what is needed for the redo.
Waiting
Sometimes, delays may occur. If this happens, we will keep you informed and assist with rescheduling if necessary.
Children
The Parlor Aveda welcomes families, but we ask that children not receiving services be supervised and remain in our designated waiting area to avoid disturbing other guests. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a peaceful environment for everyone.
